A: Aurora Square townhomes are condominiums. The ground is owned in common by the Aurora Square condominium association. You will own the unit where you live. |
A: Monthly dues are $230. Dues cover exterior maintenance of your townhouse unit, fire & hazard insurance, grounds & landscaping maintenance, snow removal, and water & sewer utilities, & common areas utilities; association management fees, legal fees, accounting fees, audit, bank fees, & contingency and reserve contributions. |
